1. Tell us what you're looking for

We'll ask you a few simple questions about your current situation and property requirements. We like to discuss the goals of your property before presenting a selection of properties that meet your short-term, medium-term and long-term goals. Our approach may differ from how you have normally been approached by other Real Estate Agents, and that's the experience we want to create for you. We ask your budget, room requirements, location, and any special requests for your new home, and once you have clarified these areas we will then provide you a list of our properties that meet your criteria.

2. Pick the right property

We'll provide you with a tailored list of properties that match your requirements. Alternatively, you can choose your own from our website. We discuss in detail the floor plans, facing, finishes, suburbs data and we allow you the freedom to choose a property that you feel comfortable with. Once you have narrowed your property selection down to your top three properties we will organise a visit to the display suites for the properties that have met your criteria.

3. Visit the display suite

The next step is we organise a time and day that caters to your schedule and visit the display suites together. This is your chance to get a feel of the developer's architectural choices, the spacing of each room and any other little details you wish to understand. Take this opportunity to really understand the property and evaluate whether or not it matches your short-term, medium-term and long-term goals. A display suite says a lot about the property so be specific with what you're looking for.  This is our favourite stage of your purchasing process as we greatly enjoy joining in on your first experiences with your potential property and by providing you with a personalised walk through of the properties you have selected, we can better understand your goals and objectives. 

4. Pay your deposit

After you have picked your perfect property, it's time to do the necessary paperwork and other requirements needed to secure your new home. It will involve placing a holding deposit on your new home, which takes it off the market so no one else can access it. You will then receive the contract for your new home to review with your solicitor. Once you are happy and ready to proceed, you complete the contract and pay your deposit. The property is now yours.

5. Relax and Enjoy

Now that all the hard work is out of the way and your property is now part of your reality, lets continue to work together to further enhance your property aspirations.
